Do you want to contribute to the transformation of Customer Service processes in Novo Nordisk to the benefit of our patients across the world? We are searching for an experienced Customer Service Quality Specialist to help implementing a world-class and compliant Customer Service foundation that can support Novo Nordisk’ continued growth and focus on patients throughout the entire customer journey.
The position You will together with the Customer Service Process Manager and the Customer Compliant QA be responsible for: Designing and implementing compliant Customer Service processes, procedures and digital platforms meeting existing and future business needs e.g., launch of new product types and business models Collaborate with international teams across Novo Nordisk in building a coherent Customer Service Foundation aligned with interfacing processes Provide directions within Customer Service and Customer Complaints ensuring compliance within applicable regulatory requirements incl. Patient Safety and Customer Complaints Quality assuring selected Customer Service and Customer Complaints deliverables Support the organisation during audits and inspections Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices You will be working from Søborg. As you will be collaborating with stakeholders world-wide, there will be occasional travel activities. Qualifications
We envision a colleague with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Customer Service processes and strategies in a regulated industry (not necessarily in pharma). You have a proven track record of successfully implementing world-class Customer Service processes. As you will also perform Quality Assurance tasks, you are required to have a quality mindset and eye for details. If you have experience with quality assurance in the pharma industry, it will be an advantage. Your personal qualities define you as positive, self-driven and structured with a can-do attitude. You never lose focus, despite changing demands or tight deadlines. You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills including the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy understandable and appealing way - and have excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
