We are searching for an HR Manager to take up the full responsibility for People and Organization across TrackMan. Key focus includes R&D recruitment, operating out HR processes, and supporting the development of our talent base.
TrackMan is a fast-growing sports technology company that helps athletes in golf, baseball, American football, and soccer get most out of their game. We do this to support player’s development and to make their experience more engaging. Our products are a combination of high-tech radar-based tracking devices, applications, and even sports simulators. We are an integrated part in the training of the world’s sports superstars, the largest, professional teams, and by millions of amateurs across the world.
We develop and manufacture our products primarily in Vedbæk, Denmark, and sell them globally. We are around 400 employees globally, primarily in our offices in Denmark, the US, Japan, and Korea. We are privately owned which allows us to make decisions fast.
The job
You will be responsible for HR globally, yet with a focus on Denmark. Key tasks are:
You will work at our office in Vedbæk, Denmark. You should expect to travel 10-20 days per year. You report to the Chief Operating Officer and are a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

The job

- Developing and executing the People and Organization strategy in TrackMan
- Attracting and recruiting top talent, primarily in R&D, in Denmark
- Supporting our leaders in developing their employees
- Managing compensation and benefits globally
- Taking responsibility for creating an ambitious work environment where people can thrive, develop, and perform
- Managing mobility processes with a primary focus of helping international talents settling in Denmark
- Managing employee contracts and keeping up to date with labor laws in Denmark
- Handling people data and reporting on key people metrics
You will work at our office in Vedbæk, Denmark. You should expect to travel 10-20 days per year. You report to the Chief Operating Officer and are a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
