TrackMan is searching for a part-time IT supporter to help to support the employees in a rapidly growing company. The IT supporter will report to the IT Manager of TrackMan.
TrackMan is a fast-growing sports technology company that helps athletes in golf, baseball, American football, and soccer get the most out of their game. We do this to support player’s development and to make their experience more engaging. Our products are a combination of radar- and vision-based tracking devices, applications, and even sports simulators. We are an integrated part of the daily lives of the world’s sports superstars, the largest professional teams, and millions of amateurs across the world.
We develop and manufacture our products primarily in Vedbæk, Denmark, and sell them globally. The revenue of TrackMan has grown 31% on average in the past four years, reaching revenue of more than 600 million DKK in 2019 with continued strong growth in 2020. We are now more than 400 employees globally, primarily in Denmark, the US, Japan, and Korea. We are privately owned, which allows us to make decisions fast.
The job
The job will primarily be 1st line support for all company employees, which includes both the employees at TrackMan HQ in Vedbæk and employees around the world. You will be working in the IT department together with the IT Manager.
Knowledge of one or more of the following areas will be an advantage:
You will be working at our office in Vedbæk, Denmark, and are expected to work around 15 hours a week; working hours will be placed according to your studies.

- You have experience with the Microsoft environment.
- You know of one or more of the following: Windows 10, Windows Server, Microsoft Hyper-V, Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, PowerShell, Ubuntu, macOS.
- N.o stranger to supporting hardware issues on laptops, printers, and AV equipment
You will be working at our office in Vedbæk, Denmark, and are expected to work around 15 hours a week; working hours will be placed according to your studies.
