Our Fill Finish Automation team works with SCADA and PLC solutions for our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. We work with cutting edge technologies enabling access to data on the future OT/IT platforms.
The job will consist of consultancy, design, development, implementation and validation of Automation solutions for the Pharma and Biotech industries. We work in projects and base our solutions on a deep understanding of our customers’ production processes – and if standard components can’t do the job, we develop our own. We master a broad range of process areas within Fill Finish production e.g. complex filling lines, wash & sterilization, packaging, utility and cleaning systems. We are right now looking into many new exiting projects where we will implement new Industry 4.0 based solutions.<br

How you might spend your days
As a Fill Finish Automation Engineer, you'll be working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team where you'll be:
- advising customers on their selection of automation solutions
- designing, developing, implementing, qualifying and supporting Automation solutions (SCADA/PLC)
- interacting with process experts and colleagues with expertise in surrounding systems and equipment like MES, Historian systems, Instruments, Production equipment etc.
- developing and optimizing automation methods and strategies to meet our customers’ challenges and sharing state-of-the-art knowledge with colleagues and partners
- forming the basis of automation strategies and architectures to support our sister departments internationally and
- expand NNE’s Fill Finish Automation engagement

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role: :
- You have minimum 5+ years of working experience and hold a degree as an engineer, ideally within electrical, automation or process engineering.
- You have 5+ years of working experience with SCADA/PLC Application development (iFIX and Siemens is an advantage), working in GMP/GAMP environment or with execution of Automation projects.
- Knowledge on Industry 4.0 technologies and cloud solutions
