We are looking for a Documentation Specialist who will take responsibility of creating maintenance manuals for our Maintenance Documentation team in Service.
Would you like to be part of an existing global team working with topic-based authoring in modern authoring tools enabling us to set the standard and take the maintenance documentation to the next level?

Through our engagement in the ever-growing fleet of turbines in operation; ranging from turbines with more than 15 years in operation to new developments, you will have a unique opportunity to learn about renewable energy and you will be able to combine linguistic skills and technical insights when involved in service documentation for this fleet.
With a mix of day to day operations involving standard tasks and project-oriented task you will have a diverse and challenging workday where you will be part of our Service Documentation team and share the office space with many other parts of Service Technology.
About the role
As a Documentation Specialist with platform responsibility you will be maintaining maintenance manuals and work instructions in our Content Management System as well as associated maintenance checklists. You will also be authoring of maintenance manuals and work instructions by use of simplified technical English. As well as you will be converting information into clear and concise documentation by using text and illustrations.
Moreover, your tasks will cover but not be limited to:
• Managing your own projects and communicating with stakeholders
• Ensuring that reviews from technical and safety perspectives are done before release
• A possibility to take part in Site visits to understand the technology and support your daily tasks (expect 5-10 travel days a year)
About you
You have a big interest in writing and managing technical documentation. Furthermore, you have good IT applications skills and an understanding of topic-based authoring, single sourcing, CMS or xml-based editing. You will be able to improve your skills on the specific systems and methods within this position.
You are structured and proactive in your work and approach to assignments and you can work independently as well as in a team. Supporting your way of working you will need to be inquisitive and willing to seek out answers to questions you have, and you will work closely with other sectors within Service Technology both in Denmark, Spain, Germany and other countries.
You are good at communicating, and have excellent English skills both orally and in writing all documentation must be created, managed and maintained in English as this is our Company language.
