You are passionate about quality and thrive when setting high standards for how we work with product and process quality. Ideally you have an engineering/scientist background and are experienced within product quality systems and management from a manufacturing point of view.Who we’re looking forYour focus will be to:Monitor and report on quality performance metrics on a regular basis Lead investigations into non-conformities or quality incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions Own and further develop our improvement and deviation system Identify quality system improvements and improve data accessibility Participate in reviews and implementation of new quality points from R&D Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards Facility knowledge transfer of quality between Herning factory and pilot production Train and educate production personnel on new quality systems standards and procedures Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness.
