Strong people manager within Product Management needed!
Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a new Director for our Product Management department to work at our HQ in Skanderborg or Copenhagen.
About the job
Product Management is central in succeeding with our strategy plan. Your role is to support and strengthen the Product Management team through strong leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Furthermore, you are expected to stay updated on the audio industry in general through participation in fairs and other relevant activities. Travelling will be expected.
The job is located at our HQ in Skanderborg but within 2022 it will be possible to work from Copenhagen.
About the department
We’re a team of currently three employees and growing. We handle Product Management for all our HiFi segments as well as Product Training. We work in an international environment with a global mindset, and we only succeed when we cooperate across the organisation.
About you
You have solid experience with Product Management including Audio knowledge and experience. You have an entrepreneurial mindset that spots business opportunities and follows through.
You are well versed in the usage of IT-systems such as ERP and PLM (we use D365 and Windchill), as well as Excel and MS Outlook.
English is our main company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking it too.

- Management of the Product Management team
- Secure competences and align the approach to Product Management internally
- Ensuring optimal cooperation between Product Management and the global organization
- In cooperation with the respective Product Manager, secure product roadmaps and business cases
- Determine overall approach to product lifecycles, End-of-Life strategies and Product Training
Furthermore, you are expected to stay updated on the audio industry in general through participation in fairs and other relevant activities. Travelling will be expected.

- You have a relevant degree at least on Bachelor’s level
- You have at least 5 years’ experience with Product Management - preferably within the audio industry
- You have at least 3 years’ experience with people management.
