About the department
You will be joining a team of 10 talent acquisition partners with a very diverse range of backgrounds – some of us are psychologists, others are trained within completely different fields – but we all have spent quite a few years making sure the right jobs find the right people at the right time.
We are a part of Talent Acquisition DK, a team of app. 30 persons, and together we assist Novo Nordisk DK in around 2.000 talent acquisition projects annually.
You and your colleaugues primarily work at the site linked to your designated line of business. Thus, on an everyday basis we are scattered around the production facilities, offices or laboratories in primarily Bagsværd, Måløv, and Hillerød. It is important to us that we meet regularly to stay connected and share knowledge.
About the job
As talent acquisition partner you are responsible for advisory on and managing of talent acquisition in a Senior Vice President area – Devices & Supply Chain Management (D&S). D&S is a global organization in Product Supply and is responsible for Novo Nordisk’s Devices and Supply Chain Management. D&S is responsible for Devices and Supply Chain Management across all product portfolios. Overall it means bringing new devices from R&D into production. This includes e.g. strategic sourcing and raw material supply, planning and distribution as well as management of all external manufacturing with contract manufacturers. You will find a large variety of professions in D&S including, supply chain professionals, engineers, scientists and project managers.
You drive the end to end talent acquisition process for professional to senior-level positions in collaboration with hiring managers and our shared service center in India. You advise, assist and challenge the hiring manager from the start-up meeting to the final selection of candidate so he/she feels safe and professionally assisted throughout the entire process.
In addition to the concrete processes, you are the strategic advisor for managers and HR Business Partners in your SVP area. This part of the role will become increasingly profound as we are currently transforming the talent acquisition process across Novo Nordisk globally, moving from a traditional recruitment process towards a more strategic partnership.
The strategic part of the role includes among other things providing your stakeholders with knowledge on market trends, linking market insights with the medium and long-term needs of the organization and identify must win battles. All based on a data-driven approach.

Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree within HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication or similar and you have several years of experience in talent acquisition. Preferably you are used to handle 50+ acquisitions per year. You are experienced in fulfilling a role as strategic advisor for a business unit applying your analytical skills to the organizational level. It will be an advantage if you are experienced in working with a shared service centre.
Your drive makes it natural for you to manage a host of different and sometimes complex processes and reach out to the stakeholders you need to involve accomplishing your goals. You perform independently and create lasting trustful relations to hiring managers and other stakeholders within your area. At the same time, you are a team-player and thrive in working in a matrix organization.
You maintain a strategic overview while dealing with details, and you can be trusted to handle a complete area of recruitment both operationally and strategically. You use this ability to flex from strategic to operational support when acting as a trusted advisor for the HR business partner team.
In addition, you are fluent in English both verbal and written.
We use People Test System and Hogan as an important part of our assessment method and as you might not be certified in these specifically, you are familiar with various assessment methods.
