Over the last couple of years, the Global IT organization has taken major steps to optimize the organization and the processes. The Global IT Division in LEO Pharma has the aim of always having and maintaining a world-class service delivery in a fast-growing global business, building roadmaps for their services together with the primary outsourcing partners. The job
The Application Services department in Global IT plays a central role in delivering IT services that are reliable, scalable, cost efficient and meet agreed service levels. As part of our Service Delivery Team you will assist and support across areas ensuring our systems meet the requirements of the business on delivery of IT services.
Your primary tasks will be a good and varied mix of specific Application Services tasks e.g.:
System & License reviews Drive user reviews and periodic review Support SDM’s in ad-hoc troubleshooting, clarification and coordination Optimize processes for recurring SDM tasks by documentation, analysis, process assessments etc Coordinate and handle cross-area tasks and issues Drive smaller projects in relation to tasks performed within DevOps Services on the Veeva Vault platform Support SDM’s with administrative tasks Prepare, participate and report on collaboration meetings with vendor and process owners/business
Our ambition with this position is to see you develop into a Service Delivery Professional over the course of the first 2-3 years. We will support your progress and development with relevant on the job training and sparring.
Your qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, pharma, business or another relevant field 1-2+ years of relevant experience Knowledge about Pharma, GxP and computer validation is desirable Being part of an international organization, you must possess very good English skills, written and spoken

You will join a team of highly skilled professionals covering the entire business application portfolio at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. We own and manage the LEO Pharma IT applications lifecycle as well as managing the outsourcing providers’ delivery of Application Services. We share a passion for providing high quality service to the LEO business. Our work environment is characterized by knowledge sharing, open dialogue and room for having a good time together.
