Would you like to take on a graduate programme that will make you an expert in project management, quality and regulatory affairs?
Joining us, you get to combine your degree within natural sciences or the medical field with quality and supply projects during the three-year graduate programme. Once completed, the sky is the limit for your Coloplast career.
Your career starts here
The Coloplast Global Graduate Programme is a three-year full-time programme. A talent programme for top students with a potential and drive for leadership.
The programme alternates between 18 months at our HQ in Denmark and 18 months in a global subsidiary. During this time, we guarantee that you’ll get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work.
And after completing the Global Graduate Programme, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract.
Welcome to Global Quality
Starting 1 September 2020, you become part of our Supply Value Stream Project Management team within Global Quality. Whenever changes in our material supply, legislation in the medical device industry or internal decision-making impact our existing products, we are there to find new solutions and secure the continued supply to users around the world.
You will spend the first half of the graduate programme working on equal terms with the 25 project managers in the team, located in both Denmark, Hungary and China.
Once you have completed the first half of the programme, you will travel to either Hungary or China to work with fellow Global Quality project managers based there. With your skills and interests in mind, we will find the perfect role and location for you to complete your graduate programme.
Drive projects of your own
With support from the team and your assigned mentors, you will take on your own projects within our ostomy, continence and wound care ranges. Should a supplier be unable to provide a certain material, or should a new law have an effect on current products, you will be there to solve the issue by driving projects from scoping and execution to implementation and roll-out of solutions.
To ensure minimal disruption in our supply of products to the world, you will collaborate cross-functionally with our production sites, procurement division, suppliers and many other stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page at all times.
”Through your work, you’ll not only learn all the ins and outs of project management. You will make a real difference for people who use our products every day,” says Maria Severin, Head of SVS Project Management, who is looking forward to welcoming you to the team.
Science graduate with project management ambitions
Wanting to learn everything about project management, you are comfortable with handling a wide range of tasks, from strategic communication to documentation. You always have an eye on the finish line, and you are not afraid of pushing for decisions to be made and for tasks to be executed. Likewise, you have the ambitions to take on more complex projects and more responsibility as you develop your skills.
Moreover:
Working at Coloplast is more than just a job
