Are you ready to kick-start your international career and get rare insights into global supply chain management within a world-leading company?
As our new supply chain graduate, you’ll spend the next three years close to international colleagues and management while exploring and developing your own talents. From there, your Coloplast career is right at your feet.
Your career starts here
The Coloplast Global Graduate Programme is a three-year full-time programme. A talent programme for top students with a potential and drive for leadership.
The programme alternates between 18 months at our HQ in Denmark and 18 months in a global subsidiary. During this time, we guarantee that you’ll get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work.
And after completing the Global Graduate Programme, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract.
Welcome to Global Supply Chain
Starting 1 September 2020, you’ll spend the first 18 months of the programme at our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark. Here, you will join Global Supply Chain. Our goal is to secure a sound balance between demand and supply, so Coloplast always delivers at the right time and cost.
After your 18 months in Denmark, you get to embark on an adventure at one of our global offices or production sites in Europe, the USA or Asia. With your skills and interests in mind, we will find the best possible role and location for you to complete your graduate programme in.
Help improve global supply chain operations and processes
You will get to drive your own projects related to supply chain development and operations. This could for instance be related to optimising, defining and implementing new global processes and tools to improve our delivery performance.
Doing so, you analyse available data and communicate with relevant stakeholders across Production, Marketing, Quality, Finance, etc. to identify issues and possible solutions. Finally, you present your solutions to management and thus make an actual business impact from day 1.
”This is a unique opportunity for you to utilise your theoretical knowledge and kick-start your career. We want to make a programme tailored to accelerate your skill set, and that’s why we’ll seek to match our strategic priorities with your specific competencies and interests,” says Director, Global Supply Chain, Jens Lanng Nielsen, who is looking forward to welcoming you to the team.
Self-driven and curious graduate talent
You are well-versed in your theoretical field, and now, you are ready to apply your knowledge to a wider business context. You possess a rare drive and curiosity that make you able to run your own projects, stand up for your conclusions and arrive at the best possible solutions in collaboration with others.
Moreover:
Working at Coloplast is more than just a job
