Join the Service Delivery Platform as we continue the digital transformation of how we deliver service to our customers in support of Maersk’s vision to be the Global Integrator of container logistics, connecting and simplifying customers’ supply chains. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring that our digital transformation through automation and optimization for empty container flows is achieved while building the experience to advance your career.

• Drive the vision of effective use of our container fleet through digital transformation including automation
• Build relationships with stakeholders and be curious about their business needs and drivers, in order to better engage them and identify new business opportunities within equipment flow
• Translate the uncovered business needs into technology requirements in the form of user stories and roadmaps
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the backlog is in place and refined to ensure development can proceed with high quality and speed
• Prioritise backlog with a focus on outcomes and delivering on the objectives
• Engage and motivate the development team
• Work in close collaboration with platform teams, Business Product Owners and Functional Product Owners to enable new or improve existing products with regards to empty equipment flow
• Ensure that anything that is build can easily be reused across multiple use cases
• Passionate about using technology to improve business outcomes for our customers
• Proven Product Owner capabilities (e.g. understand the role of a PO in terms of agile, working with backlogs, writing user stories etc) or a strong desire to learn paired with a deep understanding of the equipment flow area
• A natural interest in technology, standardization and automation of processes
• Understanding user needs and insights with an ability to translate these to digital journeys and user stories, specifically to reduce manual tasks
• Skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to communicate complex messages, constructively challenge and guide stakeholders
• Ability to prioritise amongst ideas to maximise value
• Ability to stay motivated in a fast-moving environment where priorities change and with a requirement to deliver results
• Independent and self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning
