Maersk is looking for Platform Product Owners who will work closely with internal business, operations and engineering colleagues as well as our customers to build Supply Chain Origin Management Platform.

A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies, business models and capabilities into high quality, simple products that customers love.

Key Responsibilities
As a Platform Product Owner you are the voice of the customer. You will work with customers, business stakeholders and engineering to define/clarify features, roadmap priority, customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), compliance, accessibility, and other requirements. This role is inherently cross-functional, and you will work closely with engineering, business development, operations and other product and platform teams.

• Own and manage product backlog, product features to achieve the long-term product vision. Influence customers, vendors, external partners, and engineering team priorities. Co- develop L4/L5 process designs with Function Process Owner function
• Owns internal feature roadmap, descriptions, success metrics.
• Develop and understand key KPIs and success measures for products, and evaluate, deep dive, and communicate authoritatively on them.
• Drives feature discussions with customers, engineers, and others (e.g., legal, finance, operations).
• Impacts customer experience (CX), feature usability, success metrics (e.g., customer delight, efficiency, sales, ROI), and team-level business goals. Understands technologies within product area. Can articulate technology requirements for a feature/API (e.g., performance, latency). Asks the right technical questions; can identify risks in technology design choices.
• Write clear documents (e.g., functional, technical specifications, business requirement documents, PRFAQs, UAT plans) in partnership with other business functions.
• Collaborate with other platform teams and drive the cross platform development

Who we are looking for
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
