As a Digital Product Manager, you will be a part of our global Monitoring team of highly skilled specialists. We deliver solutions for both internal NNIT stakeholders and our customers built on a portfolio of monitoring technologies supporting business objectives through data-driven insights on event, capacity, availability and performance management. In particular, now is an exciting time to join the team as we seek to implement the next generation of AIOps technologies to deliver enhanced real-time, proactive, actionable insights through observability and machine learning. More broadly, the monitoring team sits alongside our Automation, ITSM and CMDB teams working together to drive digital transformation through integrated ITOM & ITSM solutions.
With your structured approach and interpersonal skills, you will take the lead and have the ownership of our strategic products in the Monitoring/AIOps portfolio.
Your Responsibilities
As a Digital Product Manager in our global Monitoring team, you will take responsibility for identifying and analyzing opportunities to generate business value through our monitoring technologies. This applies both cross-functionally within NNIT and through opportunities to create enhancing services towards our customers.
Our team of monitoring specialists are located in Denmark and Philippines, supported by SMEs across the organization.
You are able to
- Manage product lifecycle; designing digital products that solve both conventional and complex business & customer solutions and overall responsible for the delivery of multiple technology solutions coordinating with cross functional and global agile teams
- Responsible for customer engagement and success
- Run the agenda of continuous improvement of our internal monitoring services together with the team and management
- Partner up with our internal and external stakeholders to shape our digital opportunities and ensure compliance to key deliverables.
- Be able to articulate and present the digital concepts to senior stakeholders and leadership team
- Evaluate and help resolve technical feasibility, design optimization and production issues
- Develop and execute strategies and roadmaps considering internal and external best practices and benchmarks, change management and KPIs required to optimize business value
- Prepare a cost analysis, build prototype and promote design thinking to get the right MVP
- Monitor impact of digital initiatives, deciding priorities and tangible steps for execution
- Create marketing campaigns and training designed to inform people about the new/updated product line and to ensure brand consistency
You
- have a good understanding of infrastructure & application monitoring technologies, and the issues and opportunities its players face, in areas such as technology, data and business change
- have a proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups, to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organization
- are an excellent facilitator with the ability to conduct workshops with many participants including stakeholders from different organizational levels
- have previously worked with digital transformation projects
- have strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- are structured with a planning mindset
- have a strong desire for service excellence, professional conduct, and improvement
- demonstrate initiative through a proactive approach
- are service minded and motivated by delivering high end-user satisfaction
- can handle multiple activities without losing priorities and team spirit
- value teamwork and are a team player in accomplishing common targets and deliveries.
Qualifications
You have been working as a Program/Product/Project manager or Management consultant for 3-5 years and are experienced in monitoring, observability, and/or AIOps.
SAFe certified or ability to work in Agile team is a plus. You speak and write English at a high professional level.
