We are looking for a Project Manager with a can-do attitude who can independently impact how we in Quality Systems succeed with the implementation of simplification or digitalisation projects in Novo Nordisk. This will be a temporary position until 15 April 2025. In this role you will: Manage projects or simplification initiatives - could be sub-projects of a larger and more complex project Collaborate closely with the project team and/or Senior Project Manager in large project initiatives Ensure the development of robust project plans agreed upon with key stakeholders Drive the successful execution of project deliverables, facilitating workshops, and drive realization of project benefits Utilize stakeholder management, leadership competencies, and a positive attitude to guide and support the project team for the benefit of the business The projects you will be involved in, will be very different in character, but they will always involve implementation across all parts of Novo Nordisk and will have large business benefits.
Working site is located in Bagsværd. There will be occasional travel activities. Qualifications
To ensure your success in this role, you have: Minimum 2-4 years of successful Project Manager experience Proven track record in driving projects from early ideas to realized project benefits with a focus on timely execution and uncompromised quality Positive collaboration with diverse stakeholders at various organizational levels Excellent quality mindset, strong stakeholder and change management skills Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English It will be an advantage if you have competencies within our quality processes, experience working with process simplification or if you are familiar with implementation of IT projects. It will also be an advantage if you are experienced in using e.g., Agile project methodology (SAFe/Scrum) or in using Lean tools e.g.Value Stream Mapping. Leading quality projects across Novo Nordisk, requires a person with an excellent quality mindset, strong stakeholder management & change management skills and you are recognised as a project manager who motivates high performing and engaged project teams. Your personal qualities define you as a highly organized individual, self-motivated, and an excellent collaborator who consistently maintains a positive attitude. Even in the face of shifting demands or tight deadlines, you remain unwavering in your focus and commitment. About the department
Quality Project Office in Quality System, a part of Novo Nordisk Quality, is responsible for driving various strategic simplification and digitalisation projects across our quality management processes. Our ambition is to drive projects that ensures a robust and simple quality management system that supports Novo Nordisk in maintaining world class quality in the future. We drive projects that support Novo Nordisk Quality ambition, many of which focus on simplifying our processes and IT systems.
