This role is located in Bagsvaerd, Denmark. The Role As a Senior Mobility Manager, your influence is far-reaching. Your responsibilities include: Establishing and advancing a robust compliance framework tailored to our mobile employee population, ensuring adherence to global regulations and legislation.
Overseeing and enhancing our engagement with global tax providers, ensuring exceptional services for our mobile employees and their unique needs.
Contributing to the development of a comprehensive global security program, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our mobile employee population.
Supporting the formulation and execution of our mobility strategy, driving strategic initiatives aimed at addressing crucial business requirements and enhancing operational efficiency.
Serving as the subject matter expert in global compliance and security domains, ensuring that pertinent stakeholders are equipped with essential knowledge, effective communication, and comprehensive training in these critical areas.
Qualifications The ideal candidate should have: A master’s degree in business, economics, law, or related field.
A deep subject matter expertise in international mobility compliance gained through a minimum of 10 years of experience in a global organization.
Experience in managing global external providers.
Strong analytical skills and the capability to apply data-driven insights to business decisions.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
Adaptability to changing business priorities and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
