. Does it sound exciting to be an influential part of a fast-growing Digital Supply Chain organisation and play a key role in driving the execution of our ambitious aspirations? Then, this is your chance as we are looking for a dedicated Change Management Partner to the P4F Change Management Team.
The position
As Change Management Partner, you will get the opportunity to be part of the Planning4Future team in Digital Supply Chain. You will work in close collaboration with the management team and define key initiatives on change and how to convey messages related to changes etc. ’s supply chain is transforming rapidly, and an important component of this transformation journey is digitalization. The job will give you a solid knowledge of the Supply Chain and the organization as it requires a strong focus on stakeholder management across functions and organizational levels. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Strategic partner to head of P4F Change Management Being able to drive and convey messages on multiple levels Translate current and future challenges into concrete action points Facilitate strategic decision-making through solid business cases and good storytelling towards senior management Facilitate and drive critical change tasks across the organization on an operational, tactical and strategic level in collaboration with relevant senior stakeholders within and outside of the area. You will independently drive several alignment-initiatives simultaneously and work closely with the team and stakeholders across the organization, which requires that you have a good overview and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of business administration, supply chain, IT product management, or strategy/business development Experience in driving strategic projects and advising senior leadership Excellent power-point skills and the ability to convey messages and the clear why, how, and what to a diverse group of stakeholders A well-developed toolbox for working with change management and constructively challenge on all levels of the organization Interesting in understanding the current challenges of large IT system implementation
On a personal level, you are curious, ambitious and have a critical sense. Building trusting relationships across organizational levels is natural for you and you can influence the organization around you. You are fluent in spoken and written English and preferably Danish also. We expect you to have a great interest in Change Management within Supply Chain.
