The position The project you will be working on is of high strategic importance to Novo Nordisk and will have high visibility and support from Senior Management. The job requires high level of stakeholder management at all organizational levels in the company. A successful completion of the project is a pre-requisite for the growth and expansion of the production facilities. As our new IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to merge and streamline a number of individual infrastructure projects into one coordinated project/program which is aligned with the overall expansion project of the future site Gentofte. Upgrades of existing infrastructure as well as implementation of infrastructure in new buildings will be equally important tasks in the project. You will have a close cooperation with the construction project, and you will report to the Steering Committee for the IT infrastructure project. Qualifications We are looking for 2 ambitious and proactive Project Managers who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences:
8+ years of experience as Project Manager, preferably within infrastructure projects in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industries Master’s degree or similar graduate degree in relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration) Experience with IT infrastructure implementations preferably in regulated production areas Ability to thrive in a multicultural working environment combined with experience from a large global company Expertise in managing a complex vendor and stakeholder setup On a personal level you have strong project management and people skills and have a natural ability to engage your stakeholders. You can handle several tasks at the same time while keeping an ongoing focus on learning and delivering strong results. You are structured and ambitious about your projects and are interested in growing your skills as well as expertise to lead the way. You can ride a storm off in a constructive way and are a strong motivator of others. Additionally, we imagine you have excellent communication skills in both Danish and English (written and oral). About the Department You will be part of the Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) Product Supply (PS) Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) Projects & Compliance department in the IT organisation that supports Aseptic Manufacturing at site Gentofte. The department has 12 employees and several external consultants and is divided in 3 areas: IT/Infrastructure, Automation and Compliance. The department handles the IT part of both small and large projects for the filling lines at site Gentofte. IT/Infrastructure and Automation are very technically focussed, while Compliance focusses on GxP related tasks.
