The position As Advanced Automation Project Manager you will drive and implement our ambitious automation roadmap in close collaboration with shopfloor. You will build automation solutions directly with your customers while bringing your unique expertise and perspectives on modern technology utilization. Some of your main focus include: Understanding the business needs to ensure that appropriate automation solutions can be developed, implemented, and deployed. Being responsible for end-to-end execution of use cases according to Agile methodology (Scrum, SAFE). Driving changes: you will involve relevant parties, overcome obstacles and resistance, and manage and mitigate in a considerate way. Ensuring relevant communication of projects’ results. Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree within Engineering, Business, IT, Automation, or any other relevant field. Possess a background either in automation or as Project Manager within a manufacturing and highly regulated environment. Have an understanding of LEAN, process improvements and agile methodology. Be fluent in English, both written and spoken. As a person, you are first and foremost a strong communicator. You are known to deliver on your promises, and you always have the end results for your customers in mind. You enjoy learning and have a burning desire to become even better at what you are doing. You are able to communicate with various stakeholders around the organization at all levels. You are curious about the processes and people you work with. You can work both independently and together with others. Your primary success criterion is when shopfloor is calling you for your automation expertise and implementation skills! About the department DMS is on an exciting journey within logistics automation where we have high ambitions to utilize modern technology to further improve our operations from procurement, production, and distribution. You will join our D&A team which consists of various DevOps resources including project managers, digitalisation architects, developers, automation engineers,... The team is located at our manufacturing site in Hillerød, Denmark.
