Join our interdisciplinary project management team in Kongens Lyngby
As a Student Assistant you will become part of COWI's Interdisciplinary Project Management team for designing of building projects. We are approx. 30 colleagues working as Project Managers, Design Managers and ICT/BIM managers gathered in only one group. We have an ambition to become the largest and most skilled group for project and design management in the consulting industry - and we are well on our way!
In this position, you will be part of our group and assist our project managers with administrative tasks within project and design management.
An exciting student position where your skills make a difference
Your most important task will be to assist us and be able to navigate in a dynamic work environment. In addition, to be flexible and able to adapt to changes that might occur during our work. Your specific tasks will be for example:
We do not expect you to know everything from the beginning, but that you are structured, efficient and curious about project management and digitization; Working hours are on average approx. one day a week.

- Preparation and maintenance of document overviews
- Maintenance and follow-up on task logs, to-do lists and similar
- Collect project material and quality assurance material up to the project submissions
- Uploads and downloads of documents
- Assistance with financial overviews etc.
- Other assistance to the project managers depending on their needs and your interests and competencies

- You are a student at DTU within Construction Technology or AAU within Management and Informatics

- You master Danish and English at a high level
