JOIN OUR GLOBAL ADVISORY DEPARTMENT
In Global Advisory, you will become part of COWI's Transport and Mobility team. The transport market team counts around 10 skilled experts and are part of our bigger global advisory team with around 50 skilled experts who secure our customers the lead in making decisions for tomorrow. We support policy development, strategic transport planning, project assessment and decisions making within infrastructure development and sustainable mobility. For this position the focus will be on national plans and policies, project analyses, especially within sustainable mobility, green transport, e-mobility and public transport.
DESIGN THE FUTURE WITH A GLOBAL TEAM OF EXPERTS
In this position, you will join our global team of experts and work closely with the Market Directors of the Green Transition teams. Your finest task will be to manage projects and proposals for a variety of donors and IFIs. You can be based in our head office in Lyngby or in our Brussels office or in other locations. And you will work together with a team of consultants interested in providing high quality consultancy services to our clients.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Understanding that strategic analysis, technical assessment, economics and financing are all core dimensions of the daily work carried out within our department and as such are inherent in cost benefit analysis of policies and measures; transport behavior; technology development and technology market uptake as well as assessment of financing needs and investment instruments.

Further, you have effective team-leadership and communication skills and a good eye for business.
Furthermore, you should have master's degree in Economics, Traffic planning, Urban Planning, Geography, Public Administration, or similar with ateast five to ten years of experience in consulting, and at least three to five years as project manager in a consultancy company with the following profile:
It is an advantage, if you master other European languages; French would be an added advantage.

And you will work together with a team of consultants interested in providing high quality consultancy services to our clients.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- handle projects and proposals driven by the need for sustainable mobility and transport capacity to deal with economic development in a resource efficient way for our key clients, mainly European Investment Bank, EuropeAid, World Bank, other international financing institutions and EU (mainly DG MOVE)
- supervise teams of consultants to deliver high quality deliverables to our clients
- design methodologies, supervise and quality assure work
- provide consultancy input to our projects and analytical assignments as well as TA contracts.
- coordinate client relations and collaborations across several partners.
