Driving and developing the customer journey within Demant
This is a new position, and you will be part of a young Customer & Competitor Insights team reporting to the Senior Director of the team. We are a highly engaged team of great and passionate colleagues who love what we do, strive for excellence in our deliveries and have fun while doing it.
You will play an important role in supporting Demant’s Hearing Aid business of 4 strong hearing aid brands -Oticon, Philips, Bernafon and Sonic – in making strategic brand and portfolio decisions through deep understanding of the customer and user journeys. More specifically, you will ensure that customer and competitor journey insights are systematically collected from various sources, analyzed in the team, and shared with relevant Demant stakeholders.
We are looking for a new colleague that can champion the development and deployment of a customer journey mindset across the organization and lead the effort in translating customer and user journeys into potential commercial differentiation and positioning.
Some of your key tasks will be to:
- Deliver insights to bridge the gap between the customer expectations and our offerings
- Drive customer segment projects to deepen our insights and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders – including Portfolio management, Brand organization, International Sales and Sales companies
- Project manage ad hoc requests from key stakeholders

The ideal candidate strives for a career within project management. Your strong project manager experience could come from a commercial function like Marketing or Sales or a strategic function.
We expect that you have:
- +5 years of experience from a global organization is required; preferably from the medical device industry
- Proven experience with building, developing, and deploying customer journey frameworks in a global B2B organization
- Proven experience with segmentation analysis and projects
- A commercial mindset and ability to work with sales companies from a HQ perspective
- Excellent communication skills, written and orally as well as fluency in English
Perhaps you have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in the field of business strategy, organizational behavior, innovation or similar.
To succeed in this position you are self-driven, proactive, and dynamic and find it easy to establish and maintain personal relations across a large and global organization with multiple interfaces on all levels of the organization. You have a high level of integrity and apply a can-do-attitude to all your tasks. You are furthermore positive, trustful and have an engaging mindset and strong team orientation skills.
