If yes, then you might be the new Project Facilitator & Design Partner within our Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) Project Management Office (PMO), influencing the outcome of our external manufacturing projects. The position As Project Facilitator & Design Partner, you play a critical role in ensuring productive workshop participation from relevant project team members and efficiently guiding the group to a common output. Your key tasks include: Collaborating with the Sr./Project Managers to plan and execute workshops (e.g., risk management), ensuring preparation of venue, materials, and guiding participants through pre-work and workshop Prioritising the strategic pillars of group work: objectives, relationship, and process during workshop sessions Designing workshops to prompt project team reflection on its current situation, steering the project team towards an agreed output and defining next steps Providing aftercare assistance, including sharing resources and materials, workshop minutes and action log, participating in debrief meetings, and capturing key learnings Enhancing workshop facilitation handbook and assist in ad hoc tasks as needed to further strengthen the GCM Projects Department Your success in this role relies on your ability to think strategically and design workshops around the topic and purpose, moderating conversations to encourage ideation, and navigate activities designed to reach a conclusion and next steps. Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we imagine you: Hold a master’s degree in fields such as Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines Demonstrate strong digital acumen and experience with tools like Miro, MS Planner, and MS Whiteboard Exhibit proficiency in cross-functional collaboration, managing multiple project-related workshops with tight deadlines Possess ability to effectively engage people, build trust in relationships, and secure commitment from internal stakeholders Display fluency in both spoken and written English Having a certification in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMP), Professional Facilitator, Design Thinking, or prior experience at a management consulting firm would be considered advantageous. As a person, you possess a strong drive and result-oriented mindset, coupled with excellent team collaboration skills; you also have strong design thinking, planning, and negotiation abilities, demonstrating excellent time management, and a high level of organisation and flexibility, all while thriving in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. About The Department
The PMO is a new sub-department that aims to be the Centre of Excellence in Project Management for GCM. PMO is part of the GCM Projects Department, which is responsible for all commercial tech transfer projects to Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs). Apart from the PMO, the GCM Projects Department consists of 20+ highly engaged Sr./Project Managers focused on executing tech transfer projects.
