The position As Project Controller, you focus on overseeing project control activities of all our drug substance and drug product tech transfer projects, working closely with the Sr/Project Managers to ensure that project controls are in place. Some of your key tasks include: Overseeing the monthly closing process, ensuring accruals and invoice payments are handled in a compliant and timely manner
Creating and reporting project estimations, budgets, and forecasts in close collaboration with key stakeholders such as Sr/Project Managers, Supply Chain, Business Finance
Conducting financial analyses, generating insights, and preparing presentations as needed
Providing assistance with ad hoc tasks to further strengthen the GCM Projects Department
Qualifications To be successful in this role, we believe you: Possess a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Bring a minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate finance or project controlling
Demonstrate adept stakeholder management and communication skills
Display strong digital acumen and familiarity with MS365 tools and SAP
Show fluency in both spoken and written English

About The Department PMO is a new sub-department that aims to be the Centre of Excellence in Project Management for GCM. PMO is part of the GCM Projects Department, which is responsible for all commercial tech transfer projects to CMOs. Apart from the PMO, the GCM Projects Department consists of 20+ highly engaged Sr./Project Managers focused on executing tech transfer projects. The department also offers development opportunities to further advance your project management skills and to grow into a project manager role.
