The Role
As a member of this team, you will be responsible for making sure that we are compliance in our countries placed in the regions of APAC and LATAM. You will be leading the team involved in the daily tasks for these companies and then you will also be leading our global expense team. It is a job where you will need to be very hands-on tasks yourself.

The Role
As a member of this team, you will be responsible for making sure that we are compliance in our countries placed in the regions of APAC and LATAM. You will be leading the team involved in the daily tasks for these companies and then you will also be leading our global expense team. It is a job where you will need to be very hands-on tasks yourself.
Furthermore, you will:
- Manage and lead the finance persons handling the accounting and payroll of countries in APAC and LATAM (2 persons internal)
- Manage and lead the Global expense team (2 persons internal)
- Develop and maintain processes and workflow on local accounting, payroll and expenses
- Secure high quality in the upload files we need to do on companies where we have local accounting handled by a 3rd party
- Plan monthly closing with the 3rd party on local accounting to secure that deadlines can be kept
- Control & Governance of costs in our companies in APAC & LATAM
- Run year-end-close activities on companies APAC and LATAM
- Maintain Transfer pricing documentation APAC & LATAM
- Control & Governance of costs in our companies in APAC & LATAM

Who we are looking for
You have a naturally curios mindset as the role involves a lot of attention to detail and following up with people to ensure that we get quality in our number. As a person you have a helpful attitude and positive mindset.
Furthermore, you:
- Are willing and able to work a flexible schedule in supporting global timelines, especially around monthly closing, and year end closing
- Have previous experience in responsibility for accounting and year end close activities
- Have experience with MS Office 365, particularly Excel
- Have proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Have basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles desirable
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English and Danish in both writing and speaking
- Associates degree in Accounting
