We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our newly established team in the Global FP Performance area at Novo Nordisk and support our Finished Production sites. The Position In this position, you will support both globally and locally the Finished Production sites by owning, maintaining, and developing new data tools and views which will allow us to drive improvements through a strong data decision making mindset.
You will focus on increase the data availability and data quality linked to manufacturing processes at global level, while defining the governance and alignment together with data stewards from the different sites, the PoinT team, and the OEE platforms team.
Your main tasks/responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain data tools and dashboards which have significant impact in supporting mgmt. and employees to make data-driven decisions. Strong collaboration with various stakeholders and support them across areas and sites by providing high-quality data strongly linked to the needs and the production processes. Develop and implement standardized tools and views to bring the same picture regarding various KPIs across the FP network. Through shopfloor presence, being able to understand the process and translate requests for e.g. operators, technicians, engineers, and leaders to actual data visualization. This can either be through the development of new dashboards or data analysis. Furthermore, since it is a global position with responsibility over Europe, North America, South America, and Asia, travel is required up to 30 days a year, with possibilities for STA.

Qualifications You will succeed with this by being curious, open-minded, and striving for opportunities to improve and create new ways of using data linked to the processes.
To be considered for this position, you should have At least an MSc degree in engineering or a similar field that has provided you with a solid scientific mindset and strong analytical skills that able you to translate data into actions Experience as a Data Analyst in a global environment, with at least 2 years of experience in Product Supply Experience within a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Professional proficiency in English. Experience with the cLEAN® Supply System and understanding GMP is an advantage

Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPM on all assembly and packaging lines to ensure best practices. We are part of a newly established CVP area called FPM Engineering where we are committed to bringing value to our patients. We do so by supporting all sites with process standardization, ramp-up excellence, and technological leadership enabling Novo Nordisk to serve significantly more patients in need of our products.
