The position
As Procurement Digitalisation Manager you will work as a system specialist who understands how to maximise value creation and process efficiencies via our most advanced eSourcing software Coupa Sourcing Optimisation (CSO). Your primary stakeholders, the global sourcing teams, will rely on your analytical capabilities to develop advanced cost models, build scenarios, analyse cost drivers and qualitative variables with clear guidance on next steps to support major negotiations with our strategic suppliers.
You will be part of Sourcing Excellence consisting of eight dedicated and experienced eSourcing colleagues. The team is the Centre of Excellence in Novo Nordisk and drives the digital agenda for sourcing activities globally.

The position

The position incorporates your ability to:
- Work as a system specialist to set the direction for digital sourcing and engage with stakeholders at all levels during project execution
- Bridge analytical data needs via designing and driving the adoption of CSO (digital sourcing tool) best practices
- Proactively investigate and apply innovation to improve our sourcing processes
Qualifications
- You have completed a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Procurement, Engineering or similar with excellent results
- You excel at identifying, structuring, and augmenting various data sources into quantifiable and actionable insights
- You have solid analytical and mathematical skills that ensure full utilisation of CSO
- You have a data background and are motivated to apply your data/BI techniques
- Basic or working experience with Power BI, Alteryx or similar is a plus
As a person, you are:
- Tech-savvy with a high degree of curiosity in improving business outcomes and processes via data analytics
- Able to learn fast and work independently with large data sets
- Structured in your problem-solving approach
