Do you want to bring your solid Supply Chain experience and digitalisation mind-set to help us transform our Global Supply Chain? Are you looking for a position in which you will set direction and drive prioritisation as Master Data Consultant within one of our Agile Release trains? If so, you could be our new Master Data consultant. Apply now! The position As Master Data Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality master data on a global scale. In this role you will, initially, act as a dedicated project resource and contribute in a key digitalisation project where we design, build and roll out a new production planning system, OMP. The role will gradually change into a role where you will be responsible for the master data quality in our OMP environment in close collaboration with master data colleagues across Novo Nordisk. Within this position you will join a team of skilled and experienced master data resources, sharing the responsibility of defining new planning master data setup, ensuring alignment between master data requirements and new, and existing processes and systems. You will become familiar with our supply chain processes in our main systems and with our governance structure. Qualifications You have experience with planning processes and Master Data Management (MDM) in a supply chain function and are very confident with defining and changing processes around data maintenance. SAP knowledge and experience is required and experience with global systems roll-out projects is preferable, ideally in a consultant’s position. Experience and knowledge within Master Data Governance, Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) and pharmaceutical production is an advantage but not a requirement. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. As a person , you enjoy taking the lead and driving development and standardisation to higher levels. You have a strong analytical and quality mind-set, enabling you to engage in problem solving as well as spot and correct mistakes effectively, and you can balance the business needs with the needs of having updated and coherent master data across IT systems. You possess good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish a professional network internally and externally. You are a result-oriented person, who enjoys working both independently and in teams. Finally, you are keen on taking initiatives and you strive for continuous improvements in everything you do. About the department You will join the Supply Chain Data Mgmt. & Analytics team supporting the global supply chain. The department is responsible for our global master data processes, ensuring master data quality and governance. We aim to stay at the forefront of technology innovation and are working with cutting edge technology to automate the master data maintenance processes for all items, ensuring high quality supply chain data from our cloud-based data lake, improving transparency in our supply chain with data as well as enabling advanced analytics solutions at scale to enhance decision making. You will join an international, diverse and highly motived team with +20 colleagues, working agile in smaller product delivery teams.
