We are now looking for our Head Concierge. You are in love with Copenhagen, have a global local curiosity and your energy and enthusiasm is contagious when you are providing our guests with all kinds of information, assist and share your local knowledge about Copenhagen. You are environmentally aware and you believe in a more sustainable world.

Being Head Concierge at Villa Copenhagen you are responsible for the everyday work in our front of house. You are together with our Front of House Manager and the other supervisors in charge of the service quality and that the daily operations work smoothly both for guests and colleagues. We are planning a front of house like nothing you have never seen before, to manage that we need a team of people that dare to challenge the ordinary and do things differently. You are highly organized, a confident communicator with the ability to listen, always casual and understated yet mannered and stylish. You walk the talk and take the lead when needed.

To focus on pre-opening:

  • Establish procedures for the department in good time in line with business requirements
  • Make sure that the departments employees are given training in all areas required before opening, so that they can deliver excellent quality internally and towards our guests right from the outset


    • Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily operations
  • Together with your team being visible for the guest at all times
  • Together with our Front of House Manager assisting on all aspects of the department including operations, planning, procedures and staffing the front of house team
  • Contribute that short and long terms goals are achieved and the department works efficiently and that high standards are met to exceed customer expectations
  • Ensure that your colleges has an everyday wellbeing, has the opportunity to grow and that being part of this team is much more than a work
