What’s in it for you?
We are looking for a talented candidate to fill the position as EA & Management Assistant to the Corporate Vice President of Digital Incubator & Innovation in the Digital, Data & IT organisation. You will support the Corporate Vice President (CVP) and the rest of the management team in a wide range of tasks, including developing organisational strategy, driving organisational change management initiatives, coordinating management activities, reporting, budgeting and much more.

You will be an active member of the management team interacting with both internal and external stakeholders at several organisational levels.

Qualifications
  • You hold a Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, economics or similar.
  • You have strong strategic, reasoning, and analytical skills.
  • You have the ability to effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner.
  • You have a flair for numbers and a solid experience in working in a global organisation.
  • You are fluent in English (both in speech and in writing) and you are a skilled MS Office user with broader IT skills
  • You have +3 years of experience for a management consultant position or similar.
  • As a person you are self-motivated, results oriented, always raising the bar for yourself. You have strong cross functional- and cross-cultural understanding, as well as excellent communication and people skills. You have a well-structured approach to your tasks, take responsibility, have a high-quality mindset and can maintain an overview also under time pressure. You are highly independent, flexible and proactive.
    About the department
    Digital Incubator & Innovation employs more than 150 highly skilled professionals based at Novo Nordisk offices around the world. The area drives digital transformation and strategy in Novo Nordisk, and present new solutions to key business challenges founded in digital and new technologies.

    This includes, but is not limited to, building end-to-end digital products through agile ways of working and data insights, developing the IT component of our Digital Health programme, as well as scouting, testing, and incubating new technologies to unlock new opportunities and potential moonshots.
