As Project Coordinator, you will assist the Product Supply, Quality, IT [PSQIT] organisation in planning, executing and reporting integrations.
You will be part of the PSQIT Business Integration team and assist in maturing our overall M&A transactions capability, in particular integrations. Furthermore, you will act as junior integration coordinator and support the wider organisation.
Main responsibilities of the Project Coordinator are:
  • Supporting the end-to-end integration process from PSQIT in collaboration with PSQIT colleagues
  • Coordinating staffing needs with regards to onboarding of Subject Matter Expert on the projects
  • Preparing and onboard PSQIT teams for hand-over during integration
  • Leveraging network to inspire best-in-class integration
  • Acting as junior integration support and sparring partner to the PSQIT organisation
  • Preparing project plan for integration activities
  • You will support with training activities and education of the wider PSQIT organisation in the usage of Novo Nordisk best practice toolbox for integrations in close collaboration with the Corporate Development to ensure efficient delivery and execution of integrations from PSQIT.
    Key stakeholders for this role are Corporate Development, functional diligence teams, Quality Due Diligence & Integration, IT Due Diligence & Integrations, various areas within Product Supply. Qualifications
    We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate have a proven track record in the following:
  • 2+ years of experience within M&A transactions or projects as PMO, PM, coordinator or similar
  • Experience with integrations of organisations or systems is considered an advantage
  • Experience from global organisation is considered an advantage
  • Consulting background is considered an advantage
  • Stakeholder management skills, and excellent verbal and illustrative communication skills
  • As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent. As this is a global role, you should expect to travel on a frequent basis. About the department
    The newly established PSQIT Business Integration is responsible for scouting and due diligence processes of potential acquisitions within manufacturing capacities as well as manage integration into PSQIT. In addition, to mature PSQIT’s overall M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) readiness. Furthermore, the department participate in due diligence on assets coming from our Corporate Development area.
