The Position As a Personal Assistant you will be supporting our Corporate Vice President and help her drive the success of a global support function with impact across 8 global sites and 10 business functions. You will work in a highly international environment and report to Kelli Goodson, Corporate Vice President (CVP) of Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) Business Development & Support, also supporting the management team of this unit. Your main tasks will be to:
  • Manage and maintain the Corporate Vice President's calendar, schedule, and appointments.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, such as flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • While your main responsibilities will revolve around performing duties as assigned by the Corporate Vice President and her management team, you will also be expected to conduct research and gather information as required and support the onboarding of new employees. Your tasks will also include ensuring successful execution of internal and external meetings, as well as the management of team-events. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is keen on working in international environment and knows how to navigate in complex landscape. Our ideal candidate understands the importance of always keeping high quality of the performance and has excellent organizational and coordination skills. To succeed in this role, you have:
  • At least 5-10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Collaboration skills.
  • Experience in participating in various projects is an advantage.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • As a person, you are detail orientated and you enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders both external and internal as well as new stakeholders on a day-to-day basis. You consider yourself a proactive team player, who enjoys new challenges. About the department Our organizational unit, Aseptic Manufacturing Business Development & Support (AM BD&S) has around fifty colleagues, who play a role to set the direction, manage performance and ensure compliance in the business support functions that we lead. AM BD&S is an organizational unit in Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM), which is the largest production area in Novo Nordisk.
