We are looking for a Business Partner to join and support the management team in Chemical, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) QA at [xxxxx]. The position As a Business Partner at CMC QA, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing management support to the Corporate Vice President leadership team in CMC QA, including day-to-day management tasks, change management, strategy implementation, and optimization

  • Acting as a strategic anchor, supporting the overall strategic agenda in the CVP area and ensuring alignment with the [xxxxx] Quality and CMC Development & Scaling strategy

  • Driving the budget process together with CVP Personal Assistant and CVP

  • Challenging existing work streams, identifying improvement potentials, and visualizing performance management

  • Acting as a project manager for larger local or cross functional projects within CMC QA


  • The position offers frequent senior management interaction and the opportunity to impact how well the organisation is prepared for the many future opportunities and challenges. You will also get a chance to engage in a broad network both within and outside of CMC QA. This position opens opportunities for further career development within project management, people leadership or executive management support. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with a strong business acumen and understanding of business processes, systems, and industry requirements, other than experienced in working with data to ensure data driven decision making. To succeed int this role, you:
  • Hold a master’s degree within business administration, finance, science or engineering

  • Have several years’ of proven experience in a business partner or similar role, supporting senior leaders in strategic discussions and decision-making

  • Preferably have gained said experience in the life science industry

  • Preferably have project management experience, with the ability to lead and drive key projects

  • Are fully proficient in English, and also preferably in Danish

  • On a personal level, you possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization. About the department CMC QA consists of approx. 200 employees and is a part of [xxxxx] Quality. We are responsible for ensuring quality and compliance for all products going to clinical trials.
