Join Coloplast Professional – part of Medical Marketing
As a student assistant, you will join the Medical Marketing department of 16 dedicated colleagues at our global HQ in Humlebæk 15-20 hours a week. You will work closely with the congress team who organise Coloplast’s attendance at international congresses and are responsible for our large annual educational conference within ostomy and continence care.
We have high ambitions, and as a fully-fledged member of the project team, you will contribute with your energy and expertise to help us deliver the best quality.

Handle a variety of tasks and collaborate with an array of partners
You will become part of a project team of 6 people across Marketing. You will handle a wide variety of tasks, including:
- Collaborating and handling deliverables with external partners, such as event planning consultants, catering partners, hotels, AV partners, exhibition stand designers, etc.
- Attending project meetings and taking minutes
- Managing the compilation and printing of our programme book, name tags and information materials as well as preparing Power Point presentations
- Booking restaurants for our speakers and handling the guest list as well as booking hotels and meetings for Coloplast staff
- Handling logistics, such as organising all physical materials (print material, products, demonstration equipment) for the event
- Participating in the execution of the educational conference itself
Strong drive and a keen eye for details
It is essential that you have the right attitude and approach to your work, regardless of your specific studies. Therefore, we imagine that you:
- Have some years’ work experience, preferably in a large corporate setting
- Are meticulous, have good time management skills and handle every task whether big or small with enthusiasm
- Are flexible, obliging and thrive in an environment with many different tasks
- Are ready to take ownership over your own tasks and have the drive to see them through as well as work well in teams
- Speak and write English fluently
