The position

API Business Support is looking for a talented candidate to fulfil the position as Personal Assistant for the Corporate Vice President (CVP) in API Business Support. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of service, analytic sense, and the ability to coordinate various tasks, activities, and events in a self-driven way and a professional manner.

The job is located in Kalundborg with the flexibility to work from Bagsværd or from home.

The job

You will work closely together with the CVP, the management team, the assistants in API Business Support and the assistant group across API. Furthermore, you will be a member of the management team and the directors of Business Support Network.

You will support with a wide range of tasks including calendar, coordinating activities, invoicing, hiring process, planning of seminars, day to day tasks and much more. You will be responsible for the assistant group and ensure alignment of various administrative strategictasks across API Business Support.

Qualifications

  • You have good presentation and communication skills
  • You have experience with MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities.
  • You have a high social intelligence and is good at stakeholder management
  • You are skilled in both written and spoken Danish and English

You may have an administrative education or have just graduated from university and see this as a starting position in Novo Nordisk. You have solid skills in driving administrative processes and organising tasks. You must be able to prioritise own tasks, work independently and be forward-looking. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment.

As a person you are reliable, loyal, and service-minded. You have a can-do attitude and can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You have a natural ability to establish good working relations across the organisation and reach agreements through flexibility and compromise.

About the area

API Business Support is an area with a total of 120+ employees and growing. We support the production areas within Finance, New Tech, IT, Maintenance, Digital Solutions, Facility Management, cLEAN® and Projects.
