We are looking for a Coordinator to become the link between the overall project manager and our process development team with the goal to upscale the future tablets products for Novo Nordisk. The position
As a Coordinator your primary role will be to keep the overview of the progress and admin responsibilities for the digital hub at ITU to assure timely and proper execution of the plan for the digital innovation hub at ITU. You will support across the Business Innovation Garage by having the primary responsible of the timeline/coordination and communication for the BIG management team and extended leadership team including 8 hub locations.
Responsibility in the role also covers ownership and continuously simplifying / standardise of our work-processes. This also includes alignment with other areas and stakeholders and general ad hoc support.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Consist Of:
You will work closely with stakeholders on different levels across the organisation, in order to coordinate and back up the DII coordinator when needed.
Qualifications
You have good communication skills and recognizes the importance of constructive communication in an open and honest manner.
We Expect the Following Competencies
We are looking for a person with a strong motivation for the coordinator tasks. You have a Bachelor in a relevant academic field, administrative background or similar, a minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience as Team Coordinator, and an interest in digital, healthcare, and innovation.

The position

- Coordination of logistics for ITU digital hub office operations
- Event planning and coordination with core team supporting ITU
- Support for BIG management team in corporate processes
- Be responsible for planning global engagement activities across teams and locations
- Support for planning NNs presence at external event both at ITU and digital conferences
- Be capable of standardise our work across teams and locations
- It will be an advantage if you are confident with Microsoft office suite

- A structured, detail oriented and independent way of working, with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- A motivation for interacting with many different stakeholders at all levels. Knowing the stakeholder landscape of Digital Incubation and Innovation will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, as well as excellent verbal and written English.
It Would Be Considered an Advantage If You Have
- Experience from working within the pharmaceutical industry, project management/coordination or broader communications projects.
On a personal level, you show ability and willingness to quickly adjust to new situations in a continuously developing environment. Also, you show ability to plan and coordinate tasks.

- Creation of a Digital Innovation Hub that will allow communities to come together to innovate and build a passionate culture and establishing space for experimentations supporting initiatives that challenge status quo and leverage new technologies.

- Explore the limits of technology and its impact in cardiometabolic patients to untap the next big digital disruptor in healthcare
- Accelerate the digital transformation of Novo Nordisk by supporting the organization in boosting partnerships with start-ups in digital healthcare.
