Then you could be part of our Strategy Team in the Digital Strategy & Change Management (DSCM) area which is a part of the new group called Digital Science and Innovation (DSI). The Position
The position is part of our Change Management Office (CMO) which offers you a unique opportunity focused on research and pre–clinical up to Phase 1), to be a strong and visible strategic and operational driver of change with a wide range of internal stakeholders in R&ED, Development, and Commercial which will significantly impact digitalisation of Novo Nordisk in early research. You will report to the Head of DSCM, and your key areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Developing and embedding evidence-based behavioral science in change strategies for scientific innovation. Implementing comprehensive change management plans. Tracking and reporting on change progress for success. Collaborating with partners across disciplines for consistent messaging. Promoting DSI culture, diversity, inclusion, and leadership development. Building relationships, anticipating customer behavior changes and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Qualifications Graduate degree or equivalent (ideally behavioral science, organizational development, human resources, communications, business, or similar) with 6 years or more work experience in behavioral science and published work. Expertise on tried and tested methodologies in the change process and how this impacts internally and externally. Experience in storytelling from an agency, a brand-driven company, or design. Strong background in change management including communications in pharma, life science, or biotech is a must with specific proven experience in the digitalisation of early research and drug discovery. Deep understanding of the R&D value chain or digital science and innovation disciplines (e.g. automation, data infrastructure, data management, data science, external activities, and scientific intelligence) is an advantage. Direct experience in managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders. About the department
Data Science and Innovation - DSI was established in March 2022 to drive digitalisation across the value chain in R&ED from early discovery to pre-clinical development. DSI is supporting the digital transformation journey across all our therapy areas in R&ED. The DSI vision is to amplify and accelerate our science through innovative use of data, digital tools, and computational approaches. Our current focus in DSI is to generate and showcase business value – based on addressing specific scientific questions and processes in a “digital-first” approach – while building the digital foundation to deliver our ambitions by scaling data, digital tools, and computational approaches across R&ED. We work to build an attractive community of data, digital, and scientific professionals and foster a strong DIGITAL CULTURE for our multidisciplinary delivery teams that collaborate across R&ED and IT areas.
We engage in external collaborations to pursue and build digital science and innovation capabilities. This Digital Strategy and Change Management area is driving our digital transformation based on robust strategic thinking, portfolio management of digital projects, utilization of a project, and change management to ensure that we can amplify and accelerate scientific innovation. We are currently looking for people with skills in these areas who can join our digital journey.
The DSCM team drives, and project manages the development and implementation of strategies. We will also support portfolio management across DSI and within the respective digital science and innovation disciplines (e.g., automation, data infrastructure, data management, data science, external activities, and scientific intelligence). We are a tight-knit unit characterized by an informal atmosphere, with an emphasis on a fun, collaborative, and engaging working environment.
