The position As a People and Organization Senior Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager of IFP P&O Execution and be responsible for driving the people analytics related activities in the team. Through this you will help ensure ‘house in order’ and enable delivery of timely, transparent, and high-quality analysis and reporting on P&O metrics. Your main responsibilities will include: Building and ensuring ongoing distribution and utilisation of P&O metrics in IFP. Ensuring ongoing reporting on P&O metrics to senior leadership. Conducting ad hoc analysis of P&O data supporting decision making – related to projects or the overall organisational development of IFP. Qualifications You need to have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or a similar field with a minimum of five years of experience in data analytics, people processes, and generating insights from data. To be successful in this position you have: Ability to analyse complex and high-volume data and transform them to actionable insights and decisions. Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear and precise way. Solid interpersonal skills and motivation to interact with multiple stakeholders across IFP and Novo Nordisk. Strong stakeholder and project management skills. Proven passion for numbers and data. On a personal level, you are independent, collaborative, and well-organized with strong problem-solving skills. You have a data-driven mind-set, attention to detail, and business acumen. About the department The purpose of the team is to proactively identify P&O challenges and opportunities to support the business with the strategic aspirations and to drive building, implementation, and execution of P&O solutions. We are located in Bagsværd and have a strong collaboration with the P&O departments and HR Business Partner teams across our 10 production sites and business areas. Our team is relatively new, and you will be the 7th member of the team. As such you will have the opportunity to help shape how we become successful in delivering to our purpose and aspirations.
