COWI Global Advisory provides project management support, financial and economic analyses as well as policy studies to international organisations and financing institutions within the sectors of green transition, environment, energy, transport, and climate action. A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER

In this position, you will join our global team of experts and work closely with the department management team.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating communication activities in the department
  • Improving the department's visibility on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Preparing our department newsletters, portal messages, Friday morning department meeting presentations, and updating external department site
  • Providing language check (Danish and English)
  • Managing virtual communication platforms (Teams, etc.) including recording meetings, etc. as a meeting coordinator
  • Assisting on digital initiatives and performing ad hoc tasks
  • Acting as an IT coordinator and super-user within Microsoft Office, Teams, etc. for the department

To succeed in this position, we believe that you have good communication skills in English (verbal and written) and excel with the Microsoft office package. You are currently studying a degree programme in Communication, Business Communication, Commercial or similar.

Furthermore, you should:

  • Have experience with digital platforms (Teams, etc.) and virtual communication like SoMe
  • Be proactive and action-oriented
  • Have attention to details and the quality of your work
  • Have a systematic approach to assignments
  • Be service-minded

Working hours for the position will be approx. 15 - 20 hours. We are flexible and also expect flexibility from your side. We understand that you might need time off during exam periods but would appreciate your flexibility outside such periods.

You will be joining a department with more than 10 student assistants from different universities that often socialize outside work and at the great COWI Friday bars.
