The Organisational Change Management (OCM) team in Novo Nordisk HQ is a newly established centre of excellence in the Digital Transformation unit in Submissions & Life Cycle Management. The team is embarking on an exciting future to maximise the adoption and usage of revolutionary digital transformation programmes and projects, through close partnership with the organisation, executing change and training expertise for leaders and subject matter experts. You will lead a team of 12 dedicated and highly skilled change and training partners who are driven and ambitious in delivering impact and value. The team delivers a range of tasks across training, change management and communication. The position As head of the team, you will be responsible for defining, leading, and driving change management efforts across the digital programme and project portfolio in the SVP area. You will engage in a high level of collaboration across the organisation to identify change maturity in digital projects and work closely with stakeholders to identify needs for change management to drive maximum value. Your key responsibilities include:
• Performance management and competency development through coaching and guiding the team
• Setting expectations and ambitious goals and ensuring success of the team
• Setting the department ambition and strategy
• Identify change management needs & communicate impact benefits of effective change management
• Ensuring early involvement from change partners in digital projects You will be a member of the VP leadership team in the Digital Transformation unit. Qualifications
We are looking for someone that has business acumen, a solid understanding of organizational issues and challenges, and can communicate in a structured and impactful manner. To succeed in this role, you:
• hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Organizational Behaviour, Business Administration or related discipline
• have 3-5 years of experience in line management in a relevant field
• have previous experience with OCM and agile methodologies
• have a proven track record of successful OCM achievements
• are fluent in English, both written and spoken Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage but is not mandatory. On a personal level, you hold strong leadership skills and have experience in managing a team with diverse professional skills and are good at setting a clear direction and prioritising tasks. You are a natural at building relationships, also at a senior level, and are curious and not afraid to reach out and ask investigative questions. Most importantly, you bring a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, approach tasks with high energy and you can keep your spirits high even when under pressure.
