If yes, please let us hear from you. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to take on complex projects for the Test Engineering department in Hammel.
Converters & Controls PEX Test Test Engineering
The department is responsible for the development of production test systems for Vestas. The test systems are often turn key deliveries with a high degree of tailoring and engineering included. Our projects vary of size and complexity - from 12 months and up to 2 years are normal time frames for our projects.
A key for us, in delivering our projects in time is to have a high performing project management team. We continuously work with the project management structures and the governance around our projects, to ensure a high professional level of execution. In this position, you will cooperate closely with other project managers in the organisation. We are searching a Technical Project Manager who, together with five colleagues will be responsible for driving our projects.

Additional Information
Primary work location will be in Hammel, Denmark.
Work on our other locations in DK must be expected in shorter periods. Travel activity will vary depending on our projects. Approximately 20 days of travelling abroad per year must be expected.

Responsibilities
- You lead your project team and make sure you have the right progress and perform within the agreed time, quality and cost
- You ensure to prioritise the tasks in your projects so that people always work on the right and value-adding tasks
- You make resource estimates and ensure resources are allocated to your projects from the line organisation
- You prepare and conduct steering committee- and project status meetings
- You ensure necessary progress in your projects and highlight deviations and issues
- You ensure that our processes are followed, and you contribute to a continuous improvement of our processes as well
Qualifications
- You have minimum three years of experience within project management, leading technical complex projects
- You have an IPMA certification or similar
- You are used to managing global stakeholders
- You have experience with stakeholder management and communicating across cultures
- Experience from the electrical area will be an advantage
- You speak and write English and Danish fluently

- You work with ease across different cultures
