Global Procurement is overall responsible for all supply chain management activities within Vestas, including supervising cross-functional category teams, cost out initiatives, category strategy development and implementation, quality and delivery performance, supplier relationship management and supplier account management.
Responsibilities
Join us on a journey to expand our digital services by bringing Vestas to a closer collaboration with other partners to bring the most convenient and advanced services to our customers under a new digital platform. Vestas Service is constantly seeking new innovative solutions to increase our value to our customers. The Partner Account Professional will be responsible for kicking off and maintaining the close collaboration with these parties and ensure that they and Vestas extract the most from these partnerships.

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Aarhus, Denmark. Other locations in Europe may be considered.
Approximately 25 days of travelling abroad per year must be expected.

The Partner Account Professional will be responsible for kicking off and maintaining the close collaboration with these parties and ensure that they and Vestas extract the most from these partnerships.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Negotiation and contracting of partners to the platform
- Develop and handle partner relationships and build loyalty
- Ensure the partner is materialising the promised value proposition and is performing according to its commitments
- Support and implement global as well as regional partner account strategies
- Secure partners’ adherence to Vestas standards regarding safety, quality and business ethics
- Own the terms and conditions of collaboration and ensure new business models introduced fit our terms or are being revised
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree combined with three+ years of experience in sales and/or supplier account management
- Experienced negotiator
- Great communication skills and fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
- Adapt at working in a global matrix organisation to optimise processes across organisational units, and you excel in building strong and effective work relations across functions with both internal and external stakeholders
- Significant knowledge of B2B purchasing processes and experienced in e-commerce and/or marketplace
- Experience with defining and execution of sourcing strategies
- Advanced user of PowerPoint, Excel and Word; knowledge of SAP and eCommerce platforms is an advantage
