Turbine Solutions Control Infrastructure Control Infrastructure Engineering Control Software Platform
Control Software Platform is a department within Vestas Power Solutions, responsible for developing and maintaining low-level software stacks used in the control systems used across the whole portfolio of Vestas Wind Turbines.
The Control Software Platform department consist of a mix of highly skilled software engineers organised within three primary domains: Framework, Operating Systems and IO. As a Team Lead in Control Platform, you will be part of a diverse and international organisation working closely together with colleagues in DK and Vestas Design Center in Porto. We have a strong focus on continuous improvements seeks to optimize the way we work. Vestas has just started on journey of selecting a SW development framework - could be SAFe. The team consist of the areas Framework and Operating Systems with 6 developers.

Responsibilities
As Team Lead for Embedded Software, your main responsibility will include:
- Continue and accelerate the introduction of agile development
- Ensure that the team delivers as promised
- Create a strong collaboration with the other teams
- Be part of the team's delivery
Qualifications
To succeed with the above, we expect you to have:
- Experience with software development
- 2 years or more of experience as manager, project manager and team lead
- An education within software development
- Experience Kanban and Scrum and knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework
- Experience working with Jira
- Speak and write English fluently
