The functional product manager is responsible to drive business outcomes for our customers and Maersk in terms of the Shared Capabilities of the FinOps processes, delivered within the customer experience function. The role is responsible for the global processes, tools and applications related to the customer experience within the scope of Lead Logistics FinOps.
FinOps includes all capabilities that relate to the financial execution of a job in the customer journey, linking the operational customer journey to the financial customer journey

You will be responsible for define, create and implement global processes for end-to-end job costing, FACT/S4HANA, FA&P. You lead and develop strategic direction for customer service, enhancing digitization and automation journey. Besides, you lead functional product ideation, development and launch through developing and delivering on business cases, realizing the benefits for system developments and enhancements – across platforms.
Other key tasks:
• Lead and deliver epics for tech development to the platform product owner. Coordinate with business product owner as needed.
• Collaborate with business product teams to design and define the operability of new products and take part in new product
development.
• Sign off the developed functionalities for release to a customer service function, customers and external parties.
• Lead and own the development of training material for all operational platforms – existing and future.
• Support customer implementation and migration and exception sign off in customer and location operations.
Process governance
• Plan, define and implement global operational standards, policies and performance metrics covering customer experience
and productivity.
• Govern the process to ensure it meets the required quality and compliance standards (GIA findings, revenue/cost leakage
avoidance)
• Set-up and coordinate documentation and knowledge sharing portals for system usage, user guides and information that
users can use.

The ideal candidate will have solid overall supply chain experience within a large SCM account management role/operations/SCM product management.
Furthermore you:
• Have thorough knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes and products/services.
• Solid industry experience with insight into customer and market developments.
• Ability to convert complex processes into tangible outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate across platform teams and various CX and Product teams in Maersk.
• Ability to maintain the right balance between future vision/strategy and more tactical items.
