With significant personal responsibility, you will be functionally reporting to Global Business Product Owner (BPO) LCL in Air & LCL team and interact with customers and multiple internal stakeholders within Maersk such as Central LCL functions, Logistics & Services product managers , Area LCL managers , Marketing function , Key Account Managers and Vertical Heads , Growth and Solutions etc.
Your main responsibility is to continuous expand LCL own consolidation lanes development to enhance the value propositions to customers; setup and streamline LCL global gateway model to expand service presence coverage in global market; manage global LCL route matrix to maximize the yield optimization

Key Responsibilities
LCL Own Consolidation Lane Network Expansion
- Continuously expand LCL own consolidation lanes development to enhance the value propositions to customers.
- Volume growth on the focused trade lanes to ensure the scalable growth.
- Programmatically setup the overall trade lane development roadmap and ensure the planned progress.
LCL Gateway model to expand service network coverage
- Setup LCL global gateway network to expand service presence coverage in global market.
- Standardize and streamline LCL gateway model process to enable the efficiency and scalability.
LCL Route management for Yield Optimization
- Manage global LCL route matrix.
- Maximize the LCL container utilization by dynamic route options configuration.
