Sales Global Sales & Key Account Management Strategy & Forecasting
You will join Global Sales and KAM as part of a small team working on commercial strategy and forecasting. This area is responsible for setting and monitoring strategic priorities and guiding selected strategic processes and initiatives for the sales area. As such, the team has a broad interface with many stakeholders across corporate functions, such as corporate strategy, technology, finance and supply chain, and the regional sales units.

As such, the team has a broad interface with many stakeholders across corporate functions, such as corporate strategy, technology, finance and supply chain, and the regional sales units.
Responsibilities
As this is a newly established team, the scope of the role will vary according to the skills and interests of the candidate within the overall scope of the team that covers, among other things:
- Propelling selected strategic projects and initiatives
- Representing sales and providing input to different forums and strategic processes, e.g. annual planning process
- Translating the company’s strategic milestones into executable commercial targets and KPIs
- Preparing dashboards for commercial KPI tracking and preparing analysis and reporting
- Preparation and materials for management meetings, external presentations, etc.
- Day-to -day management support and operations of the global sales area
Qualifications
- Commercial educational background
- Proven professional experience from the energy industry will be a benefit
- Professional communication skills, oral and written, and interpersonal interaction
Competencies
The profitable candidate has mindset and motivation, and a good collaborative mindset. Furthermore, we are looking for a profile who has/is:
- Team member and solid stakeholder management skills - building a broad network in the company will be key to the role

- Ability to build relationships and ensure buy-in to secure the profitable implementation of the initiatives you supervise
