Would you like to be the one enabling Grundfos to produce pump solutions of even greater technical accuracy?
As part of our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) organization, you will drive optimization activities to improve hydraulic pump manufacturing processes and product quality and precision.
“By looking through our current and future set-ups, you establish more dependable and efficient processes, enabling us to introduce sustainable and efficient production in an even more responsible way while meeting target quality levels,” says Morten Simonsen, Manager.
Ensure quality by bridging new-tech implementation and operations
At our AME site in Bjerringbro, Denmark, you will join 20 dedicated colleagues with different technical backgrounds. Here, you will provide our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Hydraulics division with a quality perspective on our processes and projects.
Navigating in the gap between implementing new technologies and the daily manufacturing operations, you deep-dive into our existing data and previous experiences as well as collect new data to create insights for future performance. Thus, you ensure that we unfold the full potential of our current knowledge and design manufacturing processes to raise our product quality and at the same time save time and resources.
Among other exciting tasks, you will:

- Support run-in of new production processes and production ramp-up activities to reach target quality levels and pursue quality issues
- Drive Six Sigma activities and translate data into operational suggestions and solutions for process improvements
- Support the AME Hydraulics unit with quality issues and systems and lead task forces when needed
- Facilitate and implement robust process designs
- Facilitate P-FMEA and support the specialists in P-FMEA activities

- Bring solid experience from a production environment and/or with process quality regarding manufacturing technologies
- Hold an Engineering bachelor’s degree as minimum
- Have Six Sigma Black Belt certificate
- Have a thorough understanding of manufacturing planning, processes and activities and bring knowledge of development tools and systems
- Speak and write English effortlessly.
