  • Enable fact-based decisions across the division via dashboards.

The role will be associated with some travel activity and you can expect to travel 30-40 days/year.

Your background and profile
You hold a master’s degree in finance, accounting, economy or similar.

You have at least 7-10 years of relevant work experience and in-depth knowledge about how controlling and finance operate. Furthermore, you have experience with interactively building bridges between finance and business operations.

You have experience developing and implementing overall operation processes, preferably within a global finance environment, just as experience working in a large international manufacturing environment would be a major advantage.

To succeed in the role, you must be sufficiently comfortable working with financial information to readily understand the meaning of a variety of ratios and trends and how they influence a company and performance unit, just as you must be comfortable giving an account hereof.

Possibly you have experience from a role abroad. Experience leading and developing other leaders in a team or department will be an advantage.

It is essential that you possess strong communication skills and that you have previous experience ensuring that management understands the implications of financial reports, as well as how good internal control processes incorporated in business processes can help process transactions accurately and produce reliable financial information.

You can influence relevant stakeholders through strong arguments and the presentation of facts and data. You are able to navigate and understand the requirements and processes related to negotiations with top customers as part of a negotiation team and you can provide valuable input and key arguments for the negotiation process.
