We are in the process of a global transformation of our identity and access management setup that encompasses the entire organisation and our more than 60,000 employees in 90 countries.

Join an experienced and committed team
In Hedehusene, Denmark, you will be part of a team of process and system owners reporting into Finance and dedicated to designing and governing a number of cross functional processes for within the global DSV organisation. Here, you will collaborate closely with our Global IT in shaping a full identity and access master data set-up (IAMD) for the global DSV organisation – making sure that we always have the capability to support identity and access management globally.
With a central role in securing optimal Identity governance and administration (IGA) within the organisation, you will have the opportunity to voice your ideas to top decision-makers and directly impact our future set-up.
A position at the heart of IAMD
With the mission of creating and maintaining our global master data for identities and access rights, it will be up to you to make sure that our IAMD process and systems can meet the increasing need for compliance, efficiency, standardisation and automation.
At the same time, you will work on guiding the operational team in our Shared Service Center to actively perform the processes and support through IAMD projects and processes, providing your knowledge and hands-on support when needed.

With your self-driven and perseverant spirit, you are able to efficiently drive activities forward through indirect leadership and function as a gatekeeper for the many processes and requests you are faced with. You have excellent communication skills at all organisational levels, which enables you to promote the processes and create engagement at different levels and locations.

- Develop and own the overall framework, policies and processes within the IAMD area
- Own and negotiate service level agreements with Global IT
- Ensure adherence to and correct prioritisation of processes according to the road map
- Secure high data quality by ensuring sufficient controls are included in the processes to govern the IAMD data
- Monitor the operational processes for identity and access master data
- Exception management for the area.

You have excellent communication skills at all organisational levels, which enables you to promote the processes and create engagement at different levels and locations.
Furthermore, you:
- Have experience in working with identity and access governance systems, identity directories and/or IT user management
- Have several years of experience with process management within Finance or IT
- You have a structured approach and experience in designing frameworks and processes and rolling them out to a large business area
- Are able to drive complex stakeholder and change management in a global organisation
- Have an educational background in Finance, IT or similar
- Speak and write English effortlessly
