Do you have experience with complaint handling of medical products, knowledge within pharmaceutical production and are you used to working with administrative tasks? Would you like to be part of a department responsible for investigation of customer complaints and recalling products that do not live up to Novo Nordisk high quality standards? If so, you may be the person we are looking for.

The position

As a Principal Complaint Associate your responsibilities include:

  • Registration of customer complaints, visual examination of samples, case investigation and responding to customer complaints on Novo Nordisk products
  • Testing and examination of physical samples as well as maintaining written correspondence within HQ (Head Quarters), affiliates, and production sites globally during the investigation phase of the complaint

Furthermore, you will assist the team and manager with professional guidance on complex case handling issues and act as a role model for less experienced colleagues. Besides case handing you are expected to drive improvement projects and have a continuously focus on optimising our work routines and procedures.

Qualifications

You are the ideal candidate if you:

  • Preferably have an education as a nurse, pharmaconomist, medical secretary, laboratory technician/assistant or technologist and are familiar with medical terminology
  • Have IT skills and are used to work with administrative tasks in a structured manner with a sense for details, since all investigations and documentation must be recorded in our systems
  • Are fluent in Danish (written and verbal) and have a satisfactory level in English, since all the written correspondence in the process will be in English
  • Preferably are familiar with Novo Nordisk Products and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Experience with deviation investigations, systematic problem solving and project management in general

Personally, you are known for your change readiness, positive mindset, flexibility, and persistence. You are structured, service-minded and like to share your knowledge with others. You enjoy working in an open-space office environment with changing priorities and short deadlines.

About the department

Customer Complaint Centre is part of the Novo Nordisk Quality organisation and is responsible for global case handling of product complaints, product defects, diverted products, counterfeit products, product recalls, surveillance as well as timely support and response to authority inspections and Health Authority (HA) requests.

We are more than 60 colleagues organised into 5 different departments.
